PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Path Travel Peru, we aim to make your booking process as seamless as possible. Below, you’ll find the terms regarding payments and refunds for the services we provide:

1. Payment Methods
We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. The full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount due will be provided to you at the time of booking.

2. Payment Deadlines
For reservations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date, a deposit of [X]% of the total cost is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour or service date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

3. Refunds
Refunds are available if you cancel your booking according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of [X]% of the total cost.

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain tours and services require non-refundable deposits to secure bookings. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. If you cancel a booking that includes a non-refundable deposit, that deposit will not be refunded.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within [X] business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Force Majeure and Cancellations by Path Travel Peru
In the event of a force majeure situation (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), if we are unable to provide the agreed services, we will offer a full refund or an alternative travel arrangement. We are not responsible for third-party cancellations or changes due to such events.
