1. Reservations and Confirmation
To make a reservation, you must complete the online booking form or do so through our sales agents. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date, according to the payment conditions provided at the time of booking.

2. Payments
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfers, or cash. Full payment must be made at least [X] days before the departure date. If the full payment is not received by this date, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

6. Health and Fitness
The client is responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and in the appropriate physical condition to participate in the tour activities. In some cases, a medical certificate may be required, especially for activities involving physical exertion or extreme conditions.

7. Behavior During the Trip
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the guide and local staff during the trip. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour, without refund.

8. Modifications or Cancellations by the Agency
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any part of the itinerary due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If a tour must be canceled, a partial or full refund will be provided depending on the services not rendered.

9. Luggage Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to secure their luggage during the trip. [Agency Name] is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
